PRODUCT INFORMATION
In our standard range, we offer 2 sizes of wall sculpture:
- Small: Length 45 cm, Thickness 12 mm
- Large: Length 90 cm, Thickness 12 mm
Length refers to the major dimension across the layout (not necessarily horizontal or vertical direction when mounted to a wall in conventional orientation).
The width of a circuit will depend on the shape of the layout and is a function of the size chosen.
If you desire a custom size or finish please contact us as we can provide bespoke sizes and materials upon request. Previous examples include super-sized layouts for large walls and one-off finishes for high-value orders.
In our standard range, drinks coasters are made to the following sizes:
Diameter 10cm, Thickness 4mm
If you desire a custom size, laser engraved design or bespoke material, please contact us as we can provide custom orders upon request. A minimum order quantity will apply.
Our customers often devise innovative solutions for mounting Wall Sculptures as part of room redecoration or a custom garage build. For this reason we don’t include a specific mounting with our sculptures.
However, we do offer a standard mounting kit which provides two common mounting solutions – high-strength double-sided tape and a set of three ‘hook and ring’ mounts. The first mounts the sculpture directly to the wall surface, the second creates a small stand-off providing an attractive shadow effect to enhance the visual presentation.
Thanks to our full coat of water-resistant varnish, a quick wipe with a soft, damp cloth is all that’s needed to keep your coasters looking great for years to come. Please do not use abrasive or chemical cleaners. It may sound obvious, but our coasters are not suited to dishwasher cleaning. Excluding our recommendation, any other cleaning method or the use of chemicals may affect the longevity and appearance of your coasters. Damage or abrasion is considered misuse and will not be accepted as a manufacturing defect.
Our Drinks Coasters are water repellent and resist typical drink residue including beer, coffee and red wine. For best results, clean as directed immediately after use.

Here at RaceTrack Decor, the security of your online purchases is of paramount importance. All transactions are performed through secure payment systems. Confidential payment details are transmitted directly to us in encrypted format (SSL).
We hold safety certificates for online transactions: ‘Verified by VISA’ and ‘MasterCard SecureCode’.
DELIVERY
Each product is made to order. Our standard manufacturing time is 10-15 working days.
We offer delivery within the following countries: United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
If you live outside of these countries and would like delivery to your home address, contact us and we can arrange shipping.

Note: Due to the size/weight of package, the large wall sculptures cannot be dispatched to a pickup point.
The delivery cost depends on the total weight of the parcel, the country of shipment and fuel fee. In order to check precise delivery cost, the chosen product must be added to the cart.
Orders shipped outside of Europe may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and taxes levied by the country of destination.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the country of the recipient. Additional charges for customs clearance must be completed by the recipient. RaceTrack Decor has no control over these charges, nor can RaceTrack Decor predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our initial delivery estimates.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with the tracking number of your package. You can then check on the progress of your order at any time.
Our chosen couriers have adapted their procedures to protect staff and our customer communities. We thank you for your patience, as some deliveries can be delayed.
If you have waited 28 days and your purchase has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please check your e-mail inbox and spam folder to confirm you have received an email informing you that the order has been dispatched.

If you have not received your email with tracking number or there are issues with the tracking service, please contact us and we will look into the matter for you.
Please bear in mind that during busy periods or sales promotions, dispatch dates may increase due to manufacturing demand.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
At RaceTrack Decor, we produce high quality products and make every effort to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.
In the rare instance that a product does not meet your expectation, is not what you ordered or exhibits damage or a manufacturing fault (excluding the natural variation in wood), please do contact us to resolve the issue. We consider any return on a case-by-case basis so please contact us quickly, let us know what is wrong with the item and send any appropriate photos to greg@racetrackdecor.com. We will aim to resolve any issue as quickly as possible and provide a returns procedure should this be necessary.
Should you wish to return any product to us, you may do so as long as you have contacted us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. We will provide returns information.
To be accepted for a full refund (excluding shipping fees) or replacement, a product must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging. After inspection upon receipt, we will process refund or replacement as appropriate.
Should you receive faulty or damaged goods, RaceTrack Decor will cover any additional shipping fees. In the event that you wish simply to return or change your order (having contacted us within the 14 days stated above) RaceTrack Decor will not cover additional shipping fees. For the return of unwanted undamaged goods, you are responsible for correct packaging and dispatch. If these are not received or received in a damaged condition, RaceTrack Decor reserve the right to offer no refund or only a partial refund.
If a package is returned to sender as a result of multiple failed delivery attempts or due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, it will not be reshipped and the total order value will remain with RaceTrack Decor until we receive contact from the customer and can resolve the situation. An additional shipping fee may be charged in order to reattempt delivery.
In the unlikely event that a full or partial refund is required after you have contacted with us with your issue, please allow between 3 and 12 working days from us receiving your returned item. Once we have inspected the condition of the returned item, we will notify you by email. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Note that if you have a differed debit card, the refund will be visible within the same period as a regular debit (within 30 days maximum).
